How to book an appointment
If you’re a Cheddar Medical Centre patient and you wish to book an appointment, please call 01934 742 061 to speak to a member of our team.
How to change or cancel an appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment and would like to change the time, date or cancel it, please contact us on 01934 742 061 to speak to a member of our team.
Online Request
If you have a routine medical or admin query such as booking an appointment, requesting a doctors letter, Fit note or something else please complete our online form.
Extended Access
We now offer early morning appointments with the Doctors and Nurses, between 7.00am and 8.00am on Thursdays. We also continue to offer late appointments on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Please let the member of staff booking your appointment know if you would prefer an early or later appointment and we will try to accommodate this.
